Can I travel to Tioman Island from Johor Bahru during the current restrictions?

Yes, travel to Tioman from Johor Bahru is permitted. Currently, there is one ferry a day departing from Mersing via Bluewater Express.

Is there a pickup service available from the jetty to the resort?

A pickup service can be arranged upon informing about your ferry arrival time. The resort is only 3-4 minutes on foot from Air Batang Jetty.

If I cancel my booking before the deadline, will I still be charged a prepayment?
